Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum-resistant cryptography, and climate-positive computing
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping next-gen interfaces (neural, holographic, ambient)
- Develop patentable frameworks for federated learning and decentralized AI governance
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Mentor PhD fellows through our Nexus Fellowship program
- Pioneer carbon-negative data center designs and circular tech supply chains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing (2019-2023)
- Expertise in federated learning frameworks and zero-knowledge architectures
- Experience securing $50M+ in government innovation grants or VC funding
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and US regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio of deployed systems affecting >10M users
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum circuit design languages
