Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 3-5 year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Develop '2026 Roadmap' frameworks aligning R&D investments with market evolution
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders via data-driven scenario planning
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and future-readiness metrics
- Author thought leadership pieces on the socio-technological horizon
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in foresight/strategy roles
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-geographical innovation teams
- Published thought leader in tech futurism (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
