- Produce annual FutureTech Impact Reports with actionable insights
- Manage cross-functional teams executing 5-year strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in futures forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)

- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from foresight.org)
