Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies
- 5+ years experience in strategic technology forecasting or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of publishing in IEEE Spectrum or similar journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies from Association of Professional Futurists
- Experience with scenario planning tools like GIGA or Kumu
