Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance

- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Deliver keynote presentations at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
- Mentor emerging engineers in future-focused skill development
- Secure $2M+ in R&D grants for experimental projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate-tech innovation
- Published author in IEEE Nature or similar high-impact journals
- Track record of securing federal/VC funding for experimental projects
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI frameworks
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
