- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Mentor junior innovators in rapid prototyping methodologies
- File patents for novel human-computer interaction paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Bioengineering with 7+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neural interface design
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized tech products with >1M users
- Expertise in agile development for experimental hardware prototypes
- Proven ability to secure federal SBIR grants and venture capital
- Deep understanding of semiconductor fabrication limitations
- Certification in sustainable technology lifecycle management
