Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and error correction methodologies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technology trends
- Experience with technology policy development and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization cycles
