Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across industries
- Conduct advanced research in AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration systems
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Manage a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers
- Author thought leadership publications and patent applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D or technology strategy leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products or programs
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals or industry journals
