Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics, biotech integration, and sustainable tech

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills
- Published work or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience working with agile methodologies in R&D environments
