Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in at least two: AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Analysis preferred
