Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the technical strategy for systems designed to operate in the 2026 landscape, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Quantum-Ready Integration: Design systems that are prepared for the integration of quantum computing paradigms and advanced AI models.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and high technical standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to meet the latency and throughput requirements of the 2026 era.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural bottlenecks before they impact the 2026 delivery milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).

- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on designing resilient, fault-tolerant systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
