Responsibilities

- Lead the technical migration to cloud-native environments, optimizing for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Rust, Go, Python, TypeScript) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Experience implementing quantum-safe cryptography or preparing systems for post-quantum transitions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
