Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps with quantifiable KPIs for 2026 product/service evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities and risks
- Produce executive-level trend briefings with predictive analytics and scenario-based forecasts
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry foresight conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socio-economic implications
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic roadmap implementations
- Experience scaling global strategy initiatives across Fortune 500 environments
