Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive advantages that will shape our product landscape in 2026.
- Architect Future Solutions: Design scalable, resilient, and innovative system architectures that anticipate the needs of the next generation of users.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Assess and integrate next-gen technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum-ready infrastructures) to ensure our platform is future-proof.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical visions to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on long-term goals.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging technologies and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams and mentoring junior architects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
