Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Oversee the integration of generative AI models into core operational workflows.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D to solve complex, futuristic engineering challenges.
- Monitor emerging tech trends to ensure our infrastructure remains ahead of the curve.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI efficiency and user adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI strategy, operations, or software engineering.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural network architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
