Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for the company's technology and product evolution leading up to the year 2026.
- Futuristic Technology Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, AR/VR ecosystems) and determine how to integrate them into current product lines.
- Executive Leadership: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align technical strategy with broader business goals and market opportunities.
- R&D Direction: Guide the Research and Development department in prioritizing projects that offer the highest ROI for the future.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling, digestible format.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze global tech markets to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and leading organizations through periods of rapid technological change.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing architectures.
