Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to outline key technology milestones, innovations, and infrastructure upgrades required to achieve our long-term vision.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Web3 protocols, to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders, investors, and the board of directors.
- Resource Allocation: Partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize R&D initiatives that align with the 2026 strategic goals.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee the operation of our internal innovation labs, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.

Qualifications
