- Secure and allocate R&D resources for moonshot projects with potential 10x market impact
- Champion design thinking methodologies and agile innovation processes across the organization
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to accelerate R&D cycles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership with demonstrable impact on future roadmaps
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market deployment
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) and their commercial applications
