Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen products using emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget allocation for prototype development and validation
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley labs, academic institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to board members and investors quarterly
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products generating $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and future tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech innovation ecosystem
- Fluency in strategic planning methodologies (OKRs, Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
