- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market adoption horizons
- Drive sustainability-first design principles for all future-facing initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with future-tech focus
- Proven track record of launching market-transforming products/services
- Expertise in emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping preferred
