Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-era product roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Partner with VCs and academic institutions to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and futurists through agile development cycles
- Secure 3+ patents annually for proprietary 2026-integrated solutions
- Drive market expansion into APAC and EMEA regions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic engineering, or biometric interfaces
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 200+ employees
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Portfolio of 5+ patented innovations or commercialized breakthroughs
