Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or PMP preferred
- Experience scaling startups or enterprise innovation labs
