Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2030 strategic innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and market simulation
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping quantum computing and decentralized AI applications
- Secure $10M+ in innovation funding through stakeholder presentations and ROI modeling
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor a 12-person innovation team using agile methodologies and design thinking
- Report quarterly to the board on emerging tech disruptions and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging technology forecasting
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects (minimum $5M budget)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future or WFS)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive innovations launched post-2020
- Proficiency in Python, R, and scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Peer Insights)
