- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling ROI projections
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of breakthrough prototypes
- Present innovation roadmap to C-suite and board members quarterly
- File 10+ patents annually in frontier technology domains
- Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience scaling R&D teams from 10 to 50+ members
