Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap for immersive/AI technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging markets
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for pilot deployments
- Drive commercialization of 3+ breakthrough products within 18 months
- Present innovation strategy to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Monitor emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership with 3+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/AR/VR products with $1M+ revenue
- Expertise in agile development, design thinking, and lean startup principles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong network with venture capital and tech ecosystem stakeholders
- Experience securing government grants for R&D initiatives
- PMP or Innovation Management certification preferred
