- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate breakthrough concepts and accelerate time-to-market
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with industry disruptors and research institutions
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal advocacy and external thought leadership
- Secure and manage innovation funding, ensuring ROI on experimental projects
- Present strategic vision and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation leadership, with 5+ years in future-focused strategy
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling experimental initiatives into revenue-generating products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D pipelines
