- Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of 12+ specialists
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and funding for 2026 initiatives
- Develop predictive analytics models to forecast market disruptions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Champion agile methodologies while maintaining 18-month vision horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product leadership with 5+ in Fortune 500 environments
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP with lean startup methodology experience
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation lifecycle completions
- Fluency in future-gazing frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
