- Partner with C-suite to align innovation strategies with long-term business objectives
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation blueprints to stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or future-tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, advanced robotics)
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- PhD or Master's in relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Strategic Innovation)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
