Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops for post-2025 market positioning
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Establish partnerships with academic and industry innovation hubs
- Present strategic foresight to board and investor stakeholders
- Mentor innovation lab teams in prototyping future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate foresight leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technology trend analysis (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning and disruption modeling tools
