- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic innovation framework, aligning with long-term corporate vision

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and emerging market opportunities
- Drive R&D investments in sustainable and ethical innovation pathways
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with global impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) and their commercial applications
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
