Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic vision for 2026+ technology integration across industries
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with trillion-dollar market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and government labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI networks
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term societal impact of technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Physics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley, DARPA, and global innovation ecosystems
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
