Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-first solutions
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- PhD or Master's in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in innovation management or futurism
- Experience managing distributed global teams
- CFR (Certified Futurist Recognition) preferred
