Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 innovation strategy aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum applications, neuromorphic AI)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product development lifecycles
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and venture partnerships
- Mentor the next generation of innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with proven impact on scalable product launches
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Track record of securing $10M+ in research funding or venture capital
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with 5+ peer-reviewed publications
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations with >$100M impact
