- Manage $15M+ innovation budget across 5 R&D centers
- Present findings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Oversee patent portfolio development and IP monetization
- Champion diversity and inclusion in innovation practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years leading tech innovation in Fortune 500 environments
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in climate tech or quantum computing domains
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global collaboration
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience securing federal innovation grants
