Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap spanning quantum AI integration and carbon-neutral tech ecosystems
- Lead a 50-person multidisciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, ESA, and global sustainability coalitions
- Drive patent development for at least 12 disruptive technologies annually
- Oversee product lifecycle from conceptual prototyping to global market launch
- Report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer on innovation KPIs and market disruption metrics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at executive leadership level
- Proven track record scaling billion-dollar innovation portfolios
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering
- Published author in Nature or IEEE journals on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in Web3, neuromorphic computing, and circular economy models
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and German for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and UN SDG implementation
- Portfolio of 3+ successful exits from innovation-driven ventures
