- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, VCs, and Fortune 500 enterprises
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship, hackathons, and R&D incubation programs
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ at director/executive level
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
