Responsibilities

- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy execution
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, MBA, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities with evidence-based methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Published author or recognized thought leader in futurism/innovation domains
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic factors shaping 2026
