Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for organizational transformation
- Collaborate with C-suite to align strategic roadmaps with future-state visions
- Produce thought leadership reports and executive presentations on future disruptions
- Establish innovation incubators for 2026-relevant technologies
- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, economic, environmental) for strategic impact
- Mentor futurist talent and build cross-functional future-focused teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of modeling 5-10 year future scenarios
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data synthesis and narrative storytelling abilities
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent designation required
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
