Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 strategic vision roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation labs prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring long-term societal impact and market disruption potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and sovereign innovation funds
- Present quarterly futures briefings to the board and investor consortiums
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our Nexus Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive ventures from concept to market leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience securing $50M+ in public/private innovation funding
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
