Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, scanning horizon technologies and societal shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify opportunities/threats in AI, biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Produce trend intelligence reports and risk assessments for executive decision-making
- Champion innovation incubation programs focused on 2026 market readiness
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams on strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
