Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal megatrends
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-generation solutions and validate future-state scenarios
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) into product roadmaps
- Mentor and develop a team of futurists through structured innovation programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Champion a culture of 'future-first' thinking across all organizational departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech) and their implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced tech environments
