Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts (2026-2030)
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning initiatives for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Design strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to post-2025 global megatrends
- Author white papers and executive briefings on future-proofing business models
- Establish innovation ecosystems with academic institutions and government agencies
- Mentor futures research teams in advanced methodologies like Delphi and causal layered analysis
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Systems Thinking, Futures Studies, or Complex Systems
- Published portfolio of predictive models with 85%+ accuracy on long-term trends
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum AI, synthetic biology, neurotech
- C-suite advisory experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale organizations
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (STEEP analysis, backcasting, weak signal detection)
- Certification from Association of Professional Futurists (APF) preferred
