- Architect speculative scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks for future disruptions
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Curate and lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global foresight forums and publish thought leadership

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercialized solutions

- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
