- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype futuristic solutions
- Present strategic visions to investors and industry partners
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent
