- Quantify future scenarios using predictive modeling and machine learning frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into annual strategic planning cycles
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Champion innovation through prototyping future-state solutions and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or disruptive innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences and stakeholder management expertise
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
