- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Author future-state scenario reports and innovation roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on emerging opportunities
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor innovation teams on long-term strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategy
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
