Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ markets
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological uncertainties
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-focused innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications positioning the company as a future-shaper
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, corporate strategy, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI ethics, space tech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Experience working with C-suite in Fortune 500 or tech unicorn environments
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technological singularity topics
