Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic trend forecasts
- Quantify market readiness for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with visualized risk/opportunity matrices
- Build predictive models using proprietary AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Advocate client adoption of future-proof organizational structures and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Published research on exponential technology adoption patterns
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi Method)
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences across diverse industries
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-strategy implementations
