Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making and R&D prioritization
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement future-proofing initiatives across all business units
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling executive storytelling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning techniques
