Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models for disruptive technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, bio-digital convergence)
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine symbiosis systems
- Author white papers that position Horizon as the thought leader in post-2026 innovation
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Present strategic foresight findings to the Board of Directors and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent discipline with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation strategies
